After Icon Dil Se training (2013), a wave of positive energy was directed towards continuous improvement. Named "Kaizen Halla Bol" — with its own song "Dan Dana Dan Karenge Goal… Halla Bol" (now the caller tune at Micro Turners) — it generated more than 800 Kaizens, breaking company records.
Management shares the savings generated with participating employees. Kaizen Knights recognises individual and team effort with certificates and cash prizes, in presence of management and all corporate leaders.
