Forging & Machining

For over 40 years, the Forging & Machining Division has been the foundation of Micro Turners Group's manufacturing excellence. With 12 world-class manufacturing facilities, more than 100 forging presses and part formers, 3,500+ advanced machines, and an annual processing capacity exceeding 60,000 metric tons of steel, we deliver precision-engineered automotive components to India's leading OEMs. Our fully integrated manufacturing process—from forging and machining to heat treatment and surface finishing—is supported by advanced CAD/CAM/CAE engineering, modern tool rooms, metallurgical laboratories, comprehensive quality inspection systems, and internationally recognized certifications, ensuring exceptional quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Established in 2010 through a joint venture between Metalman Auto and Micro Turners Group, the Press & Fabrication Division specializes in manufacturing high-quality sheet metal and tubular fabricated assemblies for leading automotive OEMs. Equipped with advanced press shops, robotic welding systems, modern fabrication technologies, and complete surface treatment facilities, we deliver precision-engineered components that meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and operational excellence.

Seamless Tubes Manufacturing

MT Group is establishing a state-of-the-art Seamless Tubes Manufacturing Facility at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Spread across 32 acres, this greenfield project is designed with an initial annual production capacity of 36,000 metric tons, manufacturing precision seamless tubes ranging from 17 mm to 105 mm in outside diameter. Built with advanced automation and world-class quality systems, the facility will serve diverse industries with high-performance cold-finished seamless tubes while providing a scalable foundation for future expansion.

Renewable Energy & Sustainability

MT Group is committed to building a sustainable future by investing in clean and renewable energy solutions. As part of our ongoing Go Green initiatives, we have established a state-of-the-art Solar Power Generation Plant at Ambala, spanning 50 acres and equipped with 954 high-efficiency solar panels. Designed to generate up to 9 MW of clean energy, the project reflects our commitment to reducing environmental impact, promoting energy sustainability, and supporting a greener future for generations to come.
