Established in 1969, AK Automatics – I serve as the foundational entity of MT Group. Initially specializing in gas stoves and tractor parts in Rohtak, our expansion into 2-wheeler components during the 1980s propelled us into industry prominence by the 1990s. Today, with a dedicated workforce of 900 employees, we manufacture over 120 million precision-machined parts monthly, utilizing cutting-edge technology, including 5-axis CNC turning, drilling SPM, and CNC hobbing. Focused primarily on the automotive OEM sector, particularly the 2-Wheeler segment, our product range encompasses high-precision ground bushes, axles, ratchet pinion tappet screws, nuts, and more.


AK Automatics 2 (Rohtak)
Established in 2012, AK Automatic – II in Rohtak amplifies operational capacities with advanced machinery such as SQF machines and Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace. Specializing in operations like Continuous MIG Welding and high-precision Collar Bushes Grinding, the facility manufactures approximately 168 million parts annually, including bearings races, cones, and motor shafts. Monthly heat-treated and ground parts production caters to automotive OEMs, focusing on the 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler segments. Boasting a workforce 1200, the plant is undergoing rapid expansion to meet growing demands.


Micro Turners I (Rohtak)
Established in 1980 in Rohtak, this plant augments operational capacities with specialized machinery for hot forging, cold forging, machining, grinding, and more. Conducting special operations like buffing and honing, it produces approximately 144 million parts annually, including high-precision collars, bushes, spacers, dowels, rocker arm shafts, timing sprockets, gear blanks, bearings races, and bearing cones, all machined and ground. Monthly production includes heat-treated and ground parts for automotive OEMs, focusing on the 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler segments. With a workforce of 900, the plant is undergoing rapid expansion.


Micro Turners III (Binola)
Established in 2005 in Binola, Gurugram, this plant augments operational capacities with specialized machinery, including hot forging presses, cold forging presses, knuckle joint presses, hydraulic presses, bolt makers, normalizing furnaces, sealed quench furnaces, machining centres, CNC centerless grinders, hobbing machines, shapers, gear shaving equipment, and honing machines. Its product portfolio comprises gears, ratchets, kick shafts, assemblies for kick mechanisms, cold forged shafts, transmission assemblies for scooters, motorcycles, three-wheelers, and EV motor shafts. Catering to automotive OEMs, the plant focuses on the 2, 3 & 4-wheelers, and other segments. With a workforce of 1100, the plant is experiencing rapid expansion.


Upcoming Plant (Rohtak)
Set for completion and launch by the close of 2024, our forthcoming Baliyani plant in Rohtak covers a sprawling 42-acre expanse. This advanced facility features dedicated divisions for aluminum casting, sheet metal, and wire and rod drawing. Within the aluminum casting division, we employ cutting-edge techniques like gravity die casting with robotic assistance, low-pressure die casting, and high-pressure die casting to craft high-quality alloy wheels. In the sheet metal section, we specialize in producing essential scooter and motorcycle components like swing arms and main stands. Meanwhile, our wire and rod drawing division focuses on transforming raw materials into refined products using advanced drawing techniques.

Micro Seamless (Barotiwala)
Established in 2018 in Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh, our plant houses three distinct divisions catering to diverse manufacturing needs. Our Aluminum Casting division offers gravity die casting, low-pressure die casting, high-pressure die casting, and various finishing processes. Our Hot Forging and Machining division has state-of-the-art machinery for hot forging, cold forging, and precision machining. Additionally, our Seamless Tubing division specializes in hot piercing, pilfering, drawing & annealing. we manufacture various components, including alloy wheels, shock absorber parts, crankcases, and more. Micro Turners II (Barotiwal)
Established in 2002 in Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh, this plant bolsters operational capacities with specialized machinery, including hot forging presses, cold forging presses, knuckle joint presses, bolt makers, nut formers, headers, mesh belt furnaces, annealing furnaces, machining centres, CNC centerless and cylindrical grinding machines, and hobbing equipment. Its product range encompasses axles, gears, ratchets, kick shafts, assemblies for kick mechanisms, cold forged shafts, racks, ground bushes, and clutch shaft parts. Monthly production includes heat-treated and ground parts for automotive OEMs, with a focus on the 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler segments. With a workforce of 700, the plant is undergoing rapid expansion.


Micro Turners VI (Nalagarh)
Established in 2009, Micro Turners’ Nalagarh plant is the second largest among all MT Group plants, spanning 14 acres with 1550 employees. It boasts a State-of-the-Art Mega Manufacturing Facility equipped for Cold & Hot Forged & Machined components, including operations from Spherodizing Annealing to gear manufacturing. The setup features high-speed hot forging equipment like Hatebur’s and Schuler Polymaster presses, and a Gear Manufacturing Facility with machines from REISHAUER, SAMPUTENSILI & ESCOFIER. With a SQF Heat Treatment Capacity of 6 Ton / Day and Annealing capacity of 25 Tons / Day, the Nalagarh Plant processes around 1300 Tons of Material per month as finished components.


Micro Turners V (Pantnagar)
Since 2006, Micro Turners’ Pantnagar plant has been a key supplier within the Pantnagar Vendor Cluster, supporting giants like Bajaj Auto Ltd. and Ashok Leyland. This 5-acre facility in the SIIDCUL Industrial Park boasts advanced infrastructure and has even been recognized with the prestigious BAL TPM Excellence Award. With a team of around 500 employees, the plant specializes in producing transmission assemblies, kick shaft mechanisms, and various components. They utilize cutting-edge technology like CNC hobbing, shapers, transmission assembly presses, honning machines, SQF furnaces, and even have an in-house, fully automatic zinc plating plant for complete control over quality.


Micro Turners VII (Haridwar)
Micro Turners’ Haridwar plant, established in 2010, is a vital partner within Hero Moto Corp Ltd.’s Haridwar Vendor Cluster. Strategically located on a 3-acre plot in Hero Realty Industrial Park, this 450-employee strong facility specializes in a comprehensive range of services – machining, heat treatment, welding, and finishing operations. We produce critical components like front & rear sprockets and gear starter assemblies. Recognizing our commitment to sustainability, Hero Moto Corp has awarded them the prestigious Green Vendor Award.


Micro Turners IV (Chakan)
Micro Turners’ Chakan plant, established in 2005, is a powerhouse for motorcycle transmission systems. With a team of 400 dedicated employees, we specialize in manufacturing complete, assembled transmission gear train assemblies for motorcycles in the 125cc to 390cc range. Embracing the future of manufacturing, the Chakan plant is implementing a fully automatic line with Fanuc robots for efficient component handling and automated inspection. This commitment to innovation has resulted in millions of units delivered to both domestic and export markets.


Micro Turners Warehouse (Mysore)
Situated in the cultural heartland of Mysore, Karnataka, our warehouse is a testament to our commitment to efficient logistics and customer satisfaction. Established in 2017, this facility spans an expansive area of 3500 square feet, meticulously designed to streamline our operations and meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Dedicated to serving the demands of Honda Motorcycles and Scooters, our warehouse is a central hub for distributing our products, ensuring timely delivery and seamless supply chain management. Micro Turners VIII (Malur)
Established in 2018 in Malur, Bangalore, our plant specializes in the manufacturing of bottom cases, machining, and painting processes. We are also in the process of setting up facilities for the production of lower bracket assemblies, with plans for further expansion in product manufacturing. Additionally, we operate a dedicated warehouse to facilitate product supply for clients such as TVS Motors and Honda Motorcycles and Scooters.
