August Kranti Workshop at Rohtak
On 24th & 25th June 13
2 days work shop at Rohtak Plant headed by Plant Head Rohtak, Quality Head, HR Head to eliminate all types of Muda’s, i.e., Man, Material, Method, Machine
The idea of this work shop was elimination of Muda’s through working on cell lay-outing, automation, kaizen sharing, TPM. 76 Leaders from 9 plants of MT participated in this activity.
