Champion Conclave

Just like in sports, being motivated at work is crucial for an efficient performance. This rings especially true when one have a looming deadline, an important presentation to give, or colleagues or customers depending on our performance.

To help all our employees stay motivated, we organize Champions Conclave every year to motivate & acknowledge the great efforts of management cadres from all sections of the organization engaging all Department Heads of all plants Production Head, Quality Head, Engineering Head, Maintenance Head, PPC Head, Dispatch Head, Store Head, HR Head, Design & Development Head, Accounts Heads.

These conclaves are refreshing breaks to generate new energy and encourage our entire team to generate new ideas for achieving greater success in all processes of operations.

Kaizen Knights Celebration

  • After ICon Dil Se training [2013] an euphoria was generated amongst employees resulting into positive high energy flow. This energy was strategically directed towards continuous improvement (Kaizens).
  • This drive is named as ‘Kaizen Halla Bol’ and is earmarked by customized videos & song ‘Dan Dana Dan Karenge Goal… Halla Bol’ which is now caller tune of all @ Micro Turners.
  • Amazingly numerous Kaizens were generated breaking all records in the history of the company generating more than 800 Kaizens which is in the process of horizontal deployment.
  • Management decided to share savings generated by Kaizen Halla Bol initiative with the employees who participated in this revolution.
  • Kaizen Knights is an effort to recognize individual and team effort by awarding certificates and cash prizes in presence of Management & all corporate leaders.
