Micro Turners – Nalagarh plant started in the year 2010 and is the largest plant among all the plants in the MT Group with 16.5 Acres fully developed land and employee strength 1200, MTN is equipped with all the operations necessary for Cold & Hot Forged & Machined components. It has State-of-the-Art Mega Manufacturing Facility highly equipped with strong capacities on Cold Forging, High Speed Hot Forging, CNC Machining & Gear Manufacturing. The Setup includes operations starting from Spherodizing Annealing, Phospheting, to wire drawing and multi – station part formers of 4 – 6 station exceeding more than 40 in numbers. It also has high speed hot forging like Hatebur’s in Horizontal & Schuler Polymaster 4 – station transfer presses in Vertical Process.

The plant is having a state of the art Gear Manufacturing Facility including Gear Shaving & Teeth Grinding & Teeth Burnishing machines from REISHAUER, SAMPUTENSILI & ESCOFIER. The Plant has recently expanded its operation in Fine Blanking with commissioning of 6 nos. Schmid / Fine Tool Machine of 150 Tons to 800 Tons. With a Heat Treatment Capacity of 60 Ton / Day and Annealing capacity of 25 Tons / Day, the Nalagarh Plant is processing around 1300 Tons of Material per month as finished components. It is also having Zinc Plating capacity of 30 Tons / Day. The Plant is serving to major OEM’s like Honda Motorcycles, TVS Motors & Bajaj Auto.

MICRO TURNERS – CHAKAN

Micro Turners – Chakan plant started in the year 2005 and is the first one to start the manufacturing of fully finished and Assembled Transmission Gear Train Assemblies for Motorcycles. The plant is now having en employee strength of 350 employees and is predominantly an expert in manufacturing of Gears & Shafts.
Moving rapidly towards a world class manufacturing system, our Chakan plant is establishing a fully automatic line for manufacturing of Gears & Shafts equipped with Fanuc Robots wherein the machine is fully integrated with Robot for loading & unloading of the components and also with an auto-gauging facility which can give online feedback to the CNC system for necessary corrections in the offsets to achieve best in class Cp/Cpk values.

The Chakan Plant has successfully developed transmission assemblies of 390CC Motorcycle for export market, 200 CC, 150 CC and 125 CC for Domestic Market and is supplying the same in Millions since its inception.

MICRO TURNERS – GURGAON

Micro Turners – Gurgaon plant started in the year 2005 and is one of the most versatile plant among all the other plants of MT Group. It covers a wide range of components from Cold Forged Spline Shafts to simple machined components and to fully finished critical Scooter Transmission Assemblies. It has got a Hot Forging Shop with Press Capacity from 250 Tons to 1600 Tons, processing a total of 600 Tons of Forgings per month. And the Cold Forging Setup is also equipped with Multi-Station Part Formers, Horizontal and Vertical Spline Extrusion Presses.
This Plant has a state of the Art Gear Manufacturing Shop with latest technology and is employing > 450 people at this moment. They have successfully developed critical scooter Transmission Assembly and are manufacturing > 2000 Sets / Day.

Our Gurgaon plant is manufacturing a wide range of products like Sector Gear Assemblies, Kick Shaft Assemblies, Balancer Shafts, Crank Shaft Sprockets, Transmission Shafts & Gears, Various Turned & Ground Components. It has a well equipped Tool Room to support its operations with CAD/CAM /CAE facilities, and prototype manufacturing capabilities.

MICRO TURNERS – PANTNAGAR

Micro Turners – Pantnagar plant started in the year 2007 as a dedicated facility to serve Bajaj Auto Ltd. at their Pantnagar Vendor Cluster. The plant is built on a 5 Acres plot in SIIDCUL Industrial Park. MTP is one of the most advanced state of the art infrastructure having achieved the BAL TPM Excellence award. This Plant is mainly producing Transmission Assemblies, Kick Shaft Mechanisms, Sprockets, Column Bearing Races, Gear Starter Clutch and various turned, Heat Treated and Ground Components.

MT Pantnagar, is employing around 400 employees. They have an in-house facility of fully automatic Zinc Plating Plant. The Plant is surrounded by ample of trees, a volley ball court for recreation purpose.

MICRO TURNERS – HARIDWAR

Micro Turners – Haridwar plant started in the year 2010 as a dedicated facility to serve Hero Moto Corp Ltd. in their Haridwar Vendor Cluster. The plant is built on a 3 Acres plot in Hero Realty Industrial Park. The set up has got all round expertise in Machining, Heat Treatment, Welding and finishing operations. This Plant is mainly producing Front & Rear Sprockets, Gear Starter Assembly, Tappet Screw & Nuts, Spindle for Starter Application and various other turned, Heat Treated and Ground Components.
MT Haridwar, is employing around 650 employees. Recently the set up has been certified Green Vendor Award from Hero Moto Corp. Moving ahead with a very high spirit the Haridwar Plant is full of young and dedicated workforce ready to fill in vibrant energy to accomplish challenging jobs duly as per the customer satisfaction.

MICRO TURNERS – AK AUTOMATIC – I

AK Automatic – I, is the parent and founder setup which is the main torch bearer for the entire MT Group. It started its operation way back in 1969 with manufacturing of Tractor Parts at its Rohtak Facility. Later in 80’s they started developing 2-Wheeler components and by the end of 90’s, they were well know in the Industry as one of the renowned component manufacturers.

AK Automatics – I products and operations are more focused on precision machined, Heat Treated & ground items. With a young team of 900 employees AKA is delivering more than 3.5 Million Parts every month to various automotive OEM’s largely in 2-Wheeler Segment.

Their products mainly include high precision ground Bushes, Axles, Ratchet Pinion Tappet Screws & Nuts, Gear Shifting Rods, Kick Shaft Assemblies, Spindle Ratchet Assembly, Sprockets, Flange Cam Shafts, Brake Cams etc.

MICRO TURNERS – AK AUTOMATIC – II

AK Automatic – II, as an the extension of AK-I was started in the year 2012 at Rohtak itself for mainly expanding the operational capacities for all the operations carried out at AK-I. Additionally 2 Nos. SQF machines, Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace, Rotary Furnace and LCN facility has been installed in AK-II. A fully automatic Trivalent Plating plant and Dacro Coating was also installed to boost up the customer requirments.
The special operations which are being carried out by AK – II are Continuous MIG Welding process for Ratchets & Pinions, Very High Precision Collar Bushes Grinding achieving accuracy of max 10 microns, manufacturing of Sprockets, etc. They are also machining Gear Blanks around 3.6 Million per annum to feed other sister plants for making Transmission Gears. Employing around 900 young and energetic work force, the plant is growing with a great pace.

MICRO TURNERS – BAROTIWALA

Micro Turners – Barotiwala plant started in the year 2002 and it was the first long distance expansion for the group. This plant was mainly commissioned to support the founder plants in terms of Forging & Machining operations. Today the Barotiwala Plant is carrying out end to end all processes like Cold Heading, Hot Forging, Part Forming, Machining, Heat Treatment, Finish Machining, etc. Micro Turners – Barotiwala is manufacturing around 24 Million 2 -Wheeler Axles per annum and can be considered as the single largest in the world in this category. It is also Hot Forging around 2300 Metric Tons per annum.

The Specialty operations carried out at Barotiwala is Cold Forming of Ratchet Teeths and Gear Kidneys.

The set up is equipped with several knuckle joint vertical presses. Whereas the other important products cover Kick Shaft Assemblies, Column Steering Races, Gears & Shafts, Cam Brakes, etc. Employing around 750 young and energetic work force, the plant is growing with a great pace.

MICRO TURNERS – ROHTAK

Micro Turners – Rohtak plant started in the year 1980 and is now one of the most diversified plants serving to more than 20 Customers with 15 varieties of Product Line. Micro Turners Rohtak is fully equipped with end to end infrastructure from Hot Forging to Machining and all types of finishing processes. It is forging around 2550 Tons of steel per annum.

The main products include Axles, Shafts, Dowel Pins, Bushes, Sprockets, Rack & Pinions, Tubular components, Sleeve Spark Plug, Cylinder Head Bolts & Studs, Shaft Rocker Arm, Standard & Special Fasteners, Starting Mechanisms, Nuts etc.

METALMAN MICROTURNERS – PANTNAGAR

Metalman Microturners was established in 2010, with a joint venture between Metalman Auto and Micro Turners. Metal Auto is one of the leading manufacturer of Press & Fabricated Auto Components in India and is serving to all established Automotive OEM’s. Today Metalman Micro Turners is engaged in manufacturing of Sheet metal and tubular Light Fabricated assemblies having facilities of all types of Surface Treatments such as ACED painting, Powder Coating, Spray Painting etc.Their ultra modern weld shops are equipped with advanced welding setups to achieve optimum and strong welds as per the product specification. We have Advanced MIG welding ROBOTS, Welding SPMs, Argon & Co2 Gas Bank with Mixer, 75% weld Length are automated through Robots and SPMs. The entire facility is fitted with fume extraction & cooling systems.

The main products include 2-Wheeler Assembled Chassis, Fabricated frames, Muffler Assy, 2-WHD Handle Assy, Chain Case Assy, Swing Arms, etc.
